Starting position

Sit near the front edge of the carriage. Feet on the footbar in small V, heels lifted. Place a small ball behind the sacrum so the pelvis is slightly supported and the torso leans slightly back. Arms reach forward at shoulder height.

Instructions

Exhale, press the carriage out by straightening the legs while maintaining the slight backward lean supported by the ball. Inhale, return the carriage in with control, keeping the torso stable and lifted away from the lower back. Maintain constant support from the abdominals.
