Who we are
Pilavie is a product being built for Pilates instructors. This website is operated from the EU. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at hello@pilavie.app.
What we collect
When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personal data through the signup form.
Why we collect it
We use your email address solely to notify you about Pilavie's launch and to send early access updates. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the signup form.
Where your data is stored
Your email address is stored in a database on a server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No third-party services have access to your email.
How long we keep it
We retain your email until Pilavie launches, after which waitlist data is deleted. If you withdraw your consent before that, your email is deleted promptly.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted, cookieless, anonymous analytics tool to understand general traffic patterns (e.g. page views). It does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track individual visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@pilavie.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
