Starting position

Supine, heels on footbar in a small V (Pilates stance), heels together, toes slightly apart, feet flexed, arms by sides, neutral spine.

Instructions

Exhale to press the carriage out by extending the legs, maintaining the V-shape and connection between the heels. Lengthen the legs fully without locking the knees or shifting the pelvis. Inhale to return with control, bending the knees while keeping heels connected and tracking over the toes. Maintain even pressure through both heels throughout.
