- Springs: 1 Blue (Medium) – 1 Red (Heavy)
- Headrest: As needed

Starting position
Lie supine with one strap in the working hand. The working arm is lowered by the side with the elbow bent, upper arm hovering just off the carriage. The non-working hand presses a ball into the thigh. Spine neutral, chest open.
Instructions
Exhale to extend the working elbow, pressing the hand back toward the hip without moving the upper arm or breaking at the wrist. Inhale to bend the elbow and return to the starting position with control. Keep the non-working hand pressing firmly into the ball to prevent shifting through the torso. Complete one side before changing arms.
